"Sharing Love"

Sometimes there is only one

Who falls in love,

When nobody is looking.

Unrequited as it may be,

It still enlivens the heart.

Loving someone is essenial

To make a life worth while.

In truth it may seem to be cruel,

But hope remains in the heart.

When finally that love is returned

Then  all the waiting is worth it.

Dreams come to life

Bringing with it such sweet hope

That the soul seems brighter.

No more moping around

Like a 'love sick puppy'.

Sharing love and life together

Is the best a body can do,

No matter what may come after.

Making the best of love

Takes lots of work on both.

It cannot be only one,

Or it would surely fail,

And grinde to an ugly halt.

Sometimes there are two

Who fall in love,

And everybody notices.

Looks and smiles do not lie

When the beauty of it glows.

Share the love you have

And never let it fade;

Always show how you feel.

Even when the day grows dim;

Brighten your love with a smile.
