If everything were perfect,
We would be living in Eden,
And everybody would be loved,
As God intended us to be.
Things go inevitably wrong tho,
When free wills collide,
And we learn about evil,
As Satan wants us to be.
The trick to perfection
Is not to surrender to evil,
But to trust in the faith,
That God gave us first.
Keeping to the narrow path
Of faith and love,
Takes away the sins
That plaque us everywhere.
So we must strive for perfection,
Even tho we never reach it.
No matter the unkind remarks
Others try to heap upon us.
Do not let science tell us lies
In order to bring us down.
Do not allow politics make us surrender;
For our right to faith is true.
Perfection is our goal,
No matter what!
Conquer our fears,
Even tho it's hard!
God's own son died for us
So our sins would be foregiven.
Can we do no less
To prove our worthyness?
Remember all the rules
And follow them strongly.
Strive for those goals
And Heaven will be waiting.
