"Merry Christmas All"
The glamour, glimmer and gleams
Of the holiday season,
With every little bling-bling we give,
Sharing our love with family and friends.

The brightness of a snow covered ground,
Surprises and gives such joy,
Especially during such a season,
So special in many minds.

Decorated trees and houses,
Twinkle like many a star,
And snowmen standing guard
Over all there is to see.

Automobiles going here and there,
With children in their seats,
Gazing at all the lights aglitter,
awed with so much delight.

Finally the day does arrive,
And children scurry to see,
Santa's gifts all arranged,
Under the beautiful tree.

Aunts, Uncles, and cousins come later,
To chow down a big meal,
Laughing with joy and love,
As they all exchange their gifts.

All is well and all is good,
But let us not forget,
What really is important here and now;
The reason for this special day.

For this is the day set aside,
So translators of the Bible say,
A day of great joy and happiness;
It is the birthday of our Lord Jesus!

Merry Christmas all!
