"Dance With Me Forever"

I've had some good times

And some that were not.

But everything turned out alright

And I had a wonderful life.

There were skips in my memories

But I was reminded;

Then I knew my mistakes

And I was forgiven.

I let a lot of things bother me

And I always got into trouble.

Then I realized later on in life

Not to let little things get to me.

So dance with me forever,

And sing good songs of memories.

Let me feel the love,

From those I cherish.

In my later years

I travelled along my way,

And tried my best to do good

Every day of my life.

Now I know that I was good

And the world was all wrong.

But no matter what came,

I've always been true to myself.

Don't cry because I'm gone,

But be joyous to know,

That I'll be in a better place;

In paradise with God.

So dance with me forever

And sing good songs of memories.

Let me feel the love,

From those I cherish.
