I have gone thru my live,
So very much in awares,
That I have been protected,
By someone who certainly cares.
I do not know her name,
But I feel her there just the same;
A gentle nudge from time to time,
Or sometimes a hand over my eyes.
There are times and things,
I do not remember,
And I feel in my soul,
That I know the reason why.
Some years were not kind to me,
But I still held forth to my faith.
I know some day will come,
When all will be revealed.
Maybe not today,
Nor even tomorrow,
But I do know in my heart,
That God will someday give me part.
It may not be till I go to heaven,
But I can wait till He decides.
I'm not in any real great hurry,
For I think I still have work to tarry.
God has put many Angels upon this earth,
To give rescue and guidence.
A little push here,
And a little push there.
I am only too greatfull,
For the Angel He has given me.
My life and mind has been saved,
So many many times you see.
I do not understand sometimes,
By what a few people say.
All they need do is open their eyes,
And see God's work all around.
I've seen God's miracles many times;
Just ask me and I will tell all.
God is with me this I do know,
And He gave me an Angel for Company.
